The statutory liability provisions apply.

In relation to businesses, liability of C.C.C Academy e.U. for damage caused by slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This exclusion does not apply, in particular, to personal injury.

For contracts with businesses, Vienna is agreed as the place of jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.

For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.

If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In relation to consumers, the statutory provisions apply in place of invalid provisions.
