At Cross-Cultural Communication Academy (CCCA), our communication training programs help leaders, teams, and individuals communicate more clearly, lead more confidently, and collaborate more effectively. Our Communication Training Workshops
Each workshop is offered as a 4-hour or 8-hour session, in person (3-20 participants) or online (3-15 participants).

Communication: Clear, Confident, Resonant
A foundation in effective communication, both face-to-face and online. Participants work through the building blocks of conversations that have impact, including clear and concise messages, active listening, and awareness of non-verbal cues.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
This workshop is based on the framework developed by Marshall Rosenberg. Participants learn to express their own needs clearly while genuinely understanding the needs of others, a core element of emotional intelligence in workplace communication.

- Recognizing disconnecting language and its effects
- The four steps of NVC: observation, feeling, need, request
- Empathic listening and respectful understanding

Workshops for Ausbilder:innen (Train-the-Trainer)
We also offer workshops for Ausbilder:innen, including Train-the-Trainer formats, funded up to 75% (up to EUR 2,000 per person/year, minimum 8 hours). Topics:
