Founder Profile & Credentials
Cross-Cultural Communication Academy and CasaLinguae were founded by Martina Jeric-Ruzovits as an integrated platform for communication, leadership and organizational development.Her professional journey started in international environments where she lived and worked in different countries and experienced first-hand how culture shapes communication, expectations and collaboration. Over the past 20+ years, she has supported organizations across industries in strengthening communication, navigating change and working effectively in diverse environments.Today, we combine coaching, consulting, training and facilitation to support sustainable development in organizations.
Our work is led by Martina Jeric-Ruzovits, systemic coach and consultant for leadership, teams and organizational change in international contexts.She brings over 20 years of international experience working with organizations across sectors including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, education, consulting, hospitality, legal services, non-profits and HR.
