Format and Pricing of Our In-House Language Programs
Our in-house programs are fully flexible: choose group training for up to 8 participants or one-on-one sessions, and combine on-site and virtual formats as needed. Available across Austria, every program is priced individually to match your requirements.
Funded Language Programs for Apprentices
Funded up to 75% or 100% by the WKO, Austria-wide – Support your apprentices as they start their careers. Our funded programs help them communicate confidently and professionally in German and English.
100% Funding
Tutoring and foundation programs at compulsory school level

The current section on funding options lists only Austrian programs. If your language programs also serve customers in English-speaking countries, Germany, etc., we could add relevant funding programs from those countries, provided this is pertinent to your target audience. DAS WIEN, ÖCERT, and WAFF apply only to Austria; we do not have any funding programs that are valid in other countries.

How Much Do Your Language Programs Cost?
Our group programs start at EUR 395 per person including VAT for 36 units. One-on-one programs range from EUR 660 for 12 units to EUR 1,240 for 24 units, including VAT. In-house corporate programs are quoted individually, since content and scheduling are built around your company.
Which Languages Do Your Language Programs Cover?
More than 20, including English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Slovak, Turkish, Russian, Croatian, Slovenian, Serbian, Bosnian, Persian, Swedish, Hungarian, Japanese, and Polish. All levels from A1 to C2.
How Do I Find Out My Current Language Level?
Take our online placement test in German, English, Italian, Spanish, Slovak or Turkish and receive your result immediately. For companies, we also offer separate language assessments for employees, including online, written, and spoken assessments.

Are Your Language Programs Online Or On Site?
Both, and they can even be combined. Online classes run via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, so you can practice your target language from anywhere, while in-house programs take place in your own company. Hybrid is also an option (participants join online or in-person at the company).
Can Language Programs Be Funded In Austria?
Yes. Apprentice programs are funded up to 75% or 100% through the WKO, up to EUR 3,000 per apprentice. Private individuals in Vienna can apply through the WAFF, and further regional funding is available on request. Corporate programs are also tax-deductible.
How Long Does A Language Program Take?
A 36-unit group program runs approximately 7.5 weeks semi-intensive (2 x 2 units per week) or around 3 weeks intensive (4 x 2.5 units per week). One unit is 50 minutes. One-on-one programs start any time and follow your schedule.
How Many Participants Are In A Language Course Group?
Group size depends on the format. Online and open group programs run with 5 to 8 participants, in-house corporate groups are capped at 8, and apprentice workshops take 3 to 20 participants on site or 3 to 15 online.
