Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must inform us at:

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, informing us of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
The model withdrawal form below may be used for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If consumers withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from them, including any delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from their choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will generally use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
Services Commencing During the Withdrawal Period
If consumers expressly request that the performance of a service begin during the fourteen-day withdrawal period and subsequently withdraw before the service has been fully performed, they must pay an appropriate amount for the services already provided up to the time at which they inform us of their withdrawal.
This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided in relation to the total scope of services agreed under the contract.
The right of withdrawal may expire where a service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, provided the statutory requirements for such expiry have been met.
Digital Content
Special statutory provisions apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.
The right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period if consumers have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that, by doing so, they lose their right of withdrawal, provided the other statutory requirements are also met.
Where applicable, the required consent and acknowledgement will be obtained as part of the relevant booking or ordering process.
